Rewards
Managing credit card benefits, subscriptions, and reward points is often overwhelming for users. With multiple apps offering perks, cashback, and vouchers, users struggle to track and redeem these benefits efficiently.
This app aimed to simplify financial perks management—from viewing card usage to claiming gift cards and subscriptions—all in one unified dashboard.

Problem
Even when users earned rewards or cashback, it often felt abstract.
The value wasn’t clear, and redemption was tucked away behind too many taps or confusing language.
Gift cards felt transactional. Subscriptions lacked visibility. Points expired without warning.
The experience didn’t celebrate the user, it felt more like an admin panel than a reward.
Goal
Turn financial rewards into something people could see, understand, and enjoy using.
Make the interface feel personal, not generic. Simple, not overwhelming. Design a space where users
could track spending, view benefits, and redeem perks, without needing a manual process.
One screen-One place-Everything rewarding.
Understanding: Why do people care about rewards?

“I only check rewards if I know I’ve made a big transaction, like travel bookings or high shopping spends. Otherwise, I forget they even exist.”
“I redeem gift cards mostly during festivals or sales. It feels like bonus money. But the process has to be quick, too many steps and I just leave it.”
“I like seeing how much cashback I’ve earned. It feels like I’m being smart with my money. But sometimes I don’t know where to use it or if it’s expired.”
“When the app clearly shows where I can use rewards, like Uber, it makes it easier. I’m more likely to redeem when it feels familiar.”

"I developed wireframes to define the layout, optimize the user journey, and ensure early stakeholder alignment before moving to the visual design phase.
Defining problem with (5W+H)
Who: Credit card users who earn points, cashback, or subscriptions but struggle to view, understand, or redeem them effectively.
What: Users miss out on rewards due to unclear, scattered, or complex redemption processes.
How: By hiding rewards behind multiple steps, unclear CTAs, and impersonal design.
When: After earning rewards, during the process of viewing or redeeming them.
Why: The experience feels technical, cluttered, and lacks guidance or excitement.

Order Details
Before moving towards visual design, I structured the Information Architecture to logically organize features, streamline user navigation, and align the flow with both user needs and business objectives.
Process
We began by understanding how users interacted with their cards, rewards, and gift cards. After identifying
friction points in discovery and redemption, we designed the flow to make rewards visible, engaging, and easy to use.
We used familiar brand visuals, simplified steps, and added helpful touches
like summaries and status indicators, making the entire journey smooth and rewarding.
Unified Dashboard: The screen consolidates rewards, bill payments, subscriptions, and offers into one simple, scrollable interface reducing the chaos of switching between apps and making financial perks easy to track.
